Does anyone use the speedcard that some of the bingo rooms use to pay affiliates?

I looked through their site a bit and can not find anywhere they talk about the fees to use the card either for point of sale or to make withdraws.

Upon reading their FAQ it looks ok...but the question of "How much does it cost?" or "What fees are charged" would most certainly be a very frequent question which tey have chosen not to cover.

Can anyone shed any light?

21. DORMANT CARD ACCOUNTS
Where there are no transaction for a period of 3 (three) months in a sequence a monthly dormancy fee of EUR 5 (five EURO) will be charged to the Cardholder. From thereon this fee will be charged to the Cardholder every 3 three months and will be terminated when transactions will be resumed or the balance of the card account has reached the allowed minimum, at which time the card will be deactivated.

I do not like this term at all and this is very much of a deal-breaker for me.

All fees and charges relating to the FBMECS Card are detailed in the Issuer’s website www.go2cards.com .These fees and Charges form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and may be amended from time to time upon FBMECS discretion.

I have been all over their website, which honestly consists of about 5 pages, a home page where you log in, an FAQ page, the terms and conditions, a security page and a contact us page.

The terms and conditions mentions numerous time the fees and tarrifs, however no where that I have read on their website is a chart or page defining those fees and tarrifs.

How does everyone else get payments from Bingo Rewards/Refer Bingo?

What are speed cards? is it use for BINGO games?

The speedcard is an ewallet system that actually has very little coverage as I know of only a few bingo rooms that use it.....
